These are both activities that signal your intention.  To achieve goals we need do beyond goal setting and planning.  It requires implementation and consistent action.  That is what this program focuses on. It includes goal setting, but emphasizes action.

The program can be done at your own pace. It is possible to go through it all in one day. You could read through it in an hour or two. The best value will be if you take the time to reflect on your goals and priorities and complete the program over a few weeks, even months. Even better value will be if you revisit some parts and develop it further. You will also receive one e-mail a week to remind you about the actions to take as well as how to reflect and revisit some parts. The e-mail can also be used to pace yourself, by doing the program as you are prompted by the e-mails. The e-mails will assume that you are doing one module per week (so four weeks at first), and then over the next 8 weeks you will be prompted to improve various aspects and to reflect on the work of the first 3 modules.
